Eraldo is an arts leader, cultural innovator, and activist with over 20 years of experience in delivering arts for social change.
Born in Brazil, Eraldo’s early life was shaped by his connections to Mocidade Alegre, São Paulo’s celebrated samba school, and his involvement in Meninos do Morumbi, an NGO that uses music and arts to empower youth from underserved communities. These formative experiences laid the foundation for his belief in the arts as a tool for social transformation and addressing inequality.
