Cabasa named as lead creative partner for Creating Carnival – A Sharing of Gifts.

This year’s Creating Carnival will be specially created to present at The Queens Platinum Jubilee, representing the diverse communities of Greater Manchester.

Cabasa will be joining us as Lead Creative Partner to help develop the overall parade aesthetics, costumes and structures.

“Cabasa is delighted to be working alongside Global Grooves once again to develop a new Carnival parade as part of the Queens Platinum Jubilee celebrations.  We are looking forward to creating this new work as part of a brand new processional show that will travel to London on the 5th June”.  Emily Wood, Cabasa’s Artistic Director
