His strategic guidance has helped steer Global Grooves through significant growth, fostering its role as a catalyst for cultural celebration and creative development.
As Chief Executive of Social adVentures, Scott is a nationally recognised social entrepreneur who has redefined community health and wellbeing services. In 2010, he led the successful transition of his NHS public health team into one of the UK’s first public service mutuals, pioneering innovative approaches to social care. Under his leadership, Social adVentures has launched initiatives like Garden Needs, Kids adVentures, and the Angel Healthy Living Centre, combining social impact with sustainability.
Scott’s work has gained national recognition. He is an official Mutuals Ambassador for the Cabinet Office, sharing insights from Social adVentures’ journey through public speaking, mentoring, and workshop facilitation. His contributions to the social enterprise sector have earned him multiple accolades, including being named one of the UK’s Top 100 Young Social Entrepreneurs in 2011 and receiving the RBS SE100 Growth Champion Award in 2012.
