I joined Future Leaders by getting told about it by Chris Slann from The New Carnival Company, and it sounded amazing. So I applied to become a visual artist, and got accepted.
Throughout my experience at Future Leaders I gained new friends, new skills, touched up on old skills, and even got to use my camera as I love photography. The one thing I really gained from it all was the connectivity I made not only with the friends I made but the Global Grooves team knowing that my carnival family has grown and will keep growing.
So I think that’s what Future Leaders is about – not only about learning news skills, making new friends but having a carnival family for life.
