DRUM, BASS N’ BREAKS FOR THE BATERIA.

This eight week course will focus on modern percussion arrangements drawing upon the lively rhythms and grooves from styles including Samba, ‘Drum n’ Bass’ and ‘Breakbeat’.

Global Grooves is proud to announce its first short course in the pandeiro. Following several requests from our participants we have developed a short modular study of the pandeiro designed to give you an introduction to playing the instrument and put several styles under your belt to help you play along in your performance groups and ensembles.

Following the success of a series of Candomblé workshops and Master-classes delivered by Global Grooves we are proud to announce the next instalment in this series of intensive study. Delivered by the infamous Jon Hardeman this weekend course comprises the study of several different sequences from the Candomblé tradition – specific styles to be announced.
